How Mentorship Works

We assess applicants based on the following key criteria:

  • Academic Excellence

  • Passion for Law

  • Dedication to Community Service

  • Leadership

  • Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

SUPPORT

Each selected applicant will be paired with one of our mentors. Throughout their journey with Underrepresented, mentees can expect to receive comprehensive JD application support, including résumé review, essay editing, and assistance with interview preparation. Please note that LSAT tutoring is not included or provided.
